I'm finally in from the garden. Kids played basketball for about an hour. DS3 down the park with OH now - I have never know a child who likes parks as much as him DS2 watching tv.

Back garden looking good now. One more border to go but the grass is so wet there - the shady side that I can't really do it yet.

OH jetted all the decking etc at the top of the garden and it is nearly dry now. I had washing out and was doing the bottom borders so he can do that bit tomorrow as I have finished it now. I need a new washing line and don't want yellow again.

I have not meal planned for tea and have no idea what I am going to cook - will raid the freezer now - might do boiled eggs for 2 of the kids.

    Will be back later

Poohbear - I really hope your treatment is a huge success

    Afternoon all

    Finally got on here!

Two loads of washing today - where does it all come from when I do washing every day? All dried outside in the lovely sun and folded and put away now.

    I don't iron :D

Hope your treatment works Poohbear (there, that'll confuse 'em, both our names in one post!)

We had pancakes at lunchtime because we didn't have time in the week. I like them but I hate cooking them and it never feels worth the effort. DH would eat them all the time if I'd do them, but he would never bother himself. He can only make beans on toast anyway, and he burns the toast when he tries that.

Hope everybody's husbands/partners have calmed down now. Must be Spring on the way, all those hormones stirring ;) They should use the energy for working not arguing!

I've peeled potatoes for tea, I think I might do fish and peas, I've got both those in the freezer.

I managed to avoid the kids room, I know, I'm bad.

I did strip the beds and change the curtains.

    Hi

back from town - 2 hours she dragged me round. She bought shoes, sunglasses and earrings that I can remember and spent twice what I would have done on stuff. I spent £3 on pair of smart 3/4 length trousers that I can wear with my boots so I was happy as originally £18.

Still not done anything other than drink tea with OH as he's up and about now before he goes to work again for 7. Not heard from DS yet who was flying out from Gatwick at 1pm (but then I have left my phone upstairs) !!!
Mortgage, we're getting there with the end in sight £6587 07/23, otherwise free of the debt thanks to MSE help!

poohbear - it was so lovely to be in the garden - I've had my books out since I came in. My friend is treating me to an epimedium for my birthady so I was looking at the different species.

Also started planning the extention to my kitchen garen which I am planning.

2 kids fed. OH gone to collect the other. Need to make DS3 bed - will clean his room tomorrow - always easier if the bed is already done.

Going to iron tonight as I don't feel like finishing those account.

Tomorrow I need to take DS1 to get new shoes

    Evening all!

Just thought I would say hello as I have been reading and thanking but not posted yet today.

Had a lovely walk with LO in pram after work this afternoon, was so nice to have the sun shining!

We have decided to 'do up' the kitchen - best we can with our limited funds so OH is starting tomorrow by fitting the new laminate floor so me and LO have to make ourselves scarce for the day - hope it's as nice as today!!

It's an excuse not to do the weekend list though!!
