I DO NOT ***ING BELIEVE IT.
I've been using online and telephine backing with Natwest for about 9 years, had probs 2 weeks ago logging on, its taken them 2 weeks to send me a reactivation code, I just tried to use it and it told me my details were invalid. So I phoned their helpdesk and they have told me that they have no details of me ever being registered for online banking:mad:
I have credit card bills I wanted to pay, so I phoned telephone banking - same system, therefore same problem.
So I am having to reapply, wait for ANOTHER activation code, thats another week with no access:mad:    , and they can't confirm if all my payee details will be there or not, so I may have to dig out all the bits of paperwork for all the things I need to pay.
I am SO hacked off. Time is precious and limited enough without all this unneccesary timewasting carp. I even tried using DH's online stuff (its for our joint account and I know his logon details) but I need his card and card reader to add a payee, and he is down the pub and so is his card, plus I don't know how to use the stupid card reader anyway. My credit card bill payments are already late so now I either wait up til hubby gets home, or go into the branch tomorrow which is a faff with the kids.
AAAAAAAAARRRRRRRRRRRRGGGGGGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH
There. Rant over.
I am going to go and get a glass of wine and sit and read the thread in front of How to Look Good Naked that I recorded the other week.Jan GC: £202.65/£450 (as of 4-1-12)
