Snickers reckon "bigger" doesn't mean "heavier"... HUH??

Wasn't that changed because some Europeans (not us obviously
) can't pronounce the letter J?
I think so. But I think it's also the case with the others that the companies wanted to homogenise their global branding, it was certainly the case with snickers anyway."She is quite the oddball. Did you notice how she didn't even get excited when she saw this original ZX-81?"

It took them many years to realise that error if that's the reason.mrbadexample wrote: »I think it's because of this:
I just think it's a marketing thing, it gets people talking about the product, which in turn increases sales.
If customers stopped buying Snickers because they didn't like the name change, then it would still be called Marathon.Between two evils, I always pick the one I never tried before0 -

There's only one solution to this problem. You have to find an older Snickers, and a new Bigger Snickers and compare them side by side.
And report back here!0 -
Yes, however, they are correct in their terminology.Don't you agree this is more than a tad misleading?Happy chappy0 -
The old adage applies here : It's not the size, it's what you do with it that counts."You were only supposed to blow the bl**dy doors off!!"0

I love this thread. However, being completely number blind and useless with anything spacial etc., If I saw a bar that said 'Bigger', I would expect it to be well, bigger, in other words more of it and thereby, in it. Making it thinner and longer isnt, to my mind making it bigger. The dimmensions may have changed, but isn't it the same size as before? - as I said before useless at maths, but is the area of the bar still the same? Regardless, Mars is being very cheeky and misleading.0

I think they should replace the word "Bigger" to a much more honest "stretched":A:dance:1+1+1=1:dance::A
"Marleyboy you are a legend!"
MarleyBoy "You are the Greatest"
Marleyboy You Are A Legend!
Marleyboy speaks sense
marleyboy (total legend)
Marleyboy - You are, indeed, a legend.0
