Strange phone calls

Got a call from Kwik-Fit insurance (I'm sure!) from 08000270358 and they said they would then call me back. Then got a call from 01324609000 twice, then 01698786105 then 01698399000 but didn't answer any of them as I was unsure. Could be fine but didn't want to find out! These are Scottish local numbers where Kwik-Fit are based and I do have car insurance with them, so I suppose I'll never know.

Hi,

I am so glad this forum is here, I got several unrecognised numbers on my mobile. Thriough this forum I quickly realised I've given my mobile at some point to Kwik Fit and they know my insurance renewal is near...I was ringing the numbers back like mad thinking a friend was trying to contact me !!! I am going to tell them to take my number off their records it's ridiculous they don't even leave a message !!!! UniqueGirl

I have the same problem after using a popular insurance comparison site, I will remember in future to use a face telephone number.
