yeah i have a bob one at hoe though without any bits, when i asked instore why that was they just said the they obviously didnt stir it enough so i got a section with no bits! lol but it does explain alot!

I emailed Lush about my order 490** and they said it was despatched on the 5th Feb! They are surprised I havent received it yet and have offered to refund or resend. I'm going to give them a call tomorrow as I dont want a refund but I cant see how they can resend as they are sold out.

My order was placed on the 3rd Feb at around lunch time and it was for one large and one small bag. Its my first time ordering with them on line and I realise that they are really busy but I can feel myself ending up very disappointed.

It might be worth checking if it was full or part order they sent as they did send the small bags out but had run out of some things for big bags! They do seem to be good at honouring orders so I am sure they will make sure you aren't disappointed.

My order no is 487xx and I phoned today and it is due out today. No money has gone out of the bank yet so will have to check that tomorrow.

My order has been despatched (4897XX) tracking system is showing it's arrived at my local depot. There may be hope yet for this week!

Mine is still showing on the DHL system as no details available, bit worried now as the people who are getting them later the bags dont seem as full or bits are damaged, I wonder if they just ended up sending out literally the stock that was damaged ?, suppose we are lucky they honour the orders, but it did say delivery within 7 days when I ordered and it is only from thsi forum that I have updated info, I dont actually think Lush have been very forthcoming with info, a email to us all explaining would have been nice. Sorry, must have got out of bed the wrong side today !!:rolleyes:

Hi,
Does anyone know if the grab bags are available in store?
My mate has just come round and bagged loads of things off me, and my 2 DD's came home last night and have had dibbs aswell. My son has had all the Jellies ( he said the green 1 looks like snot! He's only 6 ).
I don't have alot left

My large bags came yesterday and there was LOADS & LOADS of things, so I wouldn't worry on that front.

Some things did change from the list, but it was still very very nice. I only had 1 thing damaged, which I think over all is very good. They couldn't have known about that as it was wrapped in a box.:D

There were none in our store last weekend, they said they went within a couple of days of being on sale. Your local store should be able to confirm by phone though to save you a trip if they dont have any.
