Fab customer service from Lush, i've used them hundreds of times in the past and never had any problems with their service etc. Might send an email over my lip balm/massage bar after all :-)

Mine's been delivered to my billing address (Manchester) instead of the delivery address (London). Annoyed, but they have refunded the delivery. GAH - I want my lush stuff!

Well I have to agree with some of the posts that have said the wait is frustrating.

I ordered on the morning of Feb. 3rd and although I knew it would not be here in time for my birthday OH said he would buy it me along with some other bits and pieces totalling 30 pounds for valentines day.

I have waited 10 days patiently and phoned up this morning and it has not even been dispatched yet, so not happy.

Lady was nice and apologised and explained that it was because my order contained a large grab bag but surely with an offer like this they should have been a little more prepared.

Just calledLush about my web order 488**, for 2 large grab bags, as I was getting a bit worried that no money had been taken. She told me that my order was despatched yesterday, so should be here soon - as should any others with similar order numbers! Nearly there!

Bummer I opebned my christmas present and the bob soap as also missing - I too did not get the egg snog and I wanted that Did anyone get that ??

I called Lush about my order this morning too (487**) & spoke to a very nice lady but she said that they are hoping to have it dispatched by friday & I should receive it by wednesday. Thought I'd let everyone know in case anyone has a similar number.

i got egg snog lip balms with each of my 2 small grab bags, they smell like mince pie! my mum and sister have had them as i had 2 lush lip balms for xmas.

My patience is really starting to get stretched on this one... been given 3 different "absolute latest" despatch dates now for the large bag. I wouldn't have minded being told it would take 10 days in the first place but the ever increasing date thing is starting to get on my nerves. I appreciate the deal and that they've overstretched themselves but they aren't doing themselves any favours by not sending out any updates and misleading people on the phone.

Delighted as it's loads of stuff for a tenner. Bit disappointed as the shower jelly lid had come off and a lot of the other stuff had absorbed the moisture so doesn't look so good. Can't really give as presents now

Mine had done the same, about half of it was out of the tub which meant my three amigos set was soaked along with a little bit on some other items. I'm still debating if I should email them about it???
