Grab bag offer at Lush!!!!

I think I am being a bit thick here, I was given the DHL track number yesterday by Lush, but it is a long number JJD000222971004XXXX and cant find anywhere to track it on the DHL site, if I put that code in, it says not found, does that mean it hasnt been sent yet or I am tracking it in the wrong place ?, thanks muchly x

I had that yesterday, and I was going to the international site:rolleyes: .
Type in DHL uk and go from there.

If not google DHL uk.
Then click the ident code thing! HTH

Now I'm starting to feel disappointed I don't have a house cat to dive in the popcorn when my box arrives! We've got a feral cat who goes in our shed and we feed but there isn't a chance she'll come in the house with our three dogs! Perhaps the dogs would like the popcorn.

Dont be disappointed re the cat, mine hates the smell as it makes her sneeze :rotfl:

Waiting on my first order still and hoping it comes today, was missing my lip balm or massage bar from both my small bags so hoping to get them in the larger bags to try them. Didnt phone as seemed a bit cheeky due to the bargain price and the fact they honoured all the orders even though they didnt have enough stock.

I got mine yesterday - to be fair they tried to deliver on Monday but I wasn't in.

Delighted as it's loads of stuff for a tenner. Bit disappointed as the shower jelly lid had come off and a lot of the other stuff had absorbed the moisture so doesn't look so good. Can't really give as presents now

Hi thanks ive given them a call and they said they had run out of the christmas party gift and the tree one and that i should have been sent the christmas pudding one, which i didn't get so they are going to send me ten pounds of christmas stuff from what they have left, which im really pleased about. Also she said that they had run out of the massage bar and the egg snog thats why they were sending something else out instead, i got the snowcake to replace it and it smells yummy. Im really please with the service i have recieved from lush and the goodies i have got.

my friend couldnt believe her eyes when I presented her with the massive lush bag filled with all her goodies. we had great fun rooting through and smelling everything. my whole house smells lush now!

Update: I got an email from them this morning, apologising and promising to send me out an Xmas Pudding and another Stocking Fella to substitute for the missing first option. So that's fine by me. (Assuming they do send it, which I have no reason to doubt they will.)
