I dont get how the jellys have leaved? mine were in individual plastic bags? I've just posted one off to my little cousin (12) with some other bits and hope it doesn't leak?

daisymac - I got my order tues and no bits were missing (that i could tell! I ordered 3 bags thou!) and nothing damaged apart from the lush pubs were abit bashed,

So excited, I was just reading this thread when I saw a large white van out the window. There was a knock at the door - hurrah - its finally here! A massive box I am just going to go and open it now. I ordered on the 2nd, and my order code was 486**, and I live in the Liverpool area, (if that helps anyone).

how exciting Melissa! glad its arrived, hope you are enjoying opening lots of goodies & hope lots of people get theirs too today I am getting even more excited now my order number is getting closer! I am so pleased that Lush are honouring all the orders that I don't mind waiting a bit longer. I went on the Lush site yesterday & made the mistake of clicking on the B Never make up & fragrances, how gorgeous are they! I am going to have to resist though & stick with Lush products till I'm a bit richer! :rotfl:

I was really pleased with everything I got, really great value for the money, I was a bit disappointed with the battered xmas pud, but everything else was perfect. I am new to lush so I will enjoy trying everything, (can't wait for my bath tonight, the trouble is deciding what to use!).

Update #2. The second box arrived today via Royal Mail, containing the Xmas Pudding (wee bit dunted but I don't care) and extra Stocking Fella. So I call that very good remedial customer service ie I told them of the problem, they emailed me back asap with an apology and a promise to sort it out at once, and they have done so.

I think these of you that are still waiting should be encouraged by this...they're delivering on their promises, albeit in a slightly disorganised way. Incidentally, my jellies came in closed tubs inside small cellophane bags, sealed down with a sticker. It would have been difficult for the lids to pop off like this and if they had, the jelly would still have been confined.

I got one of the bling crosbys out of my order today - its the only item I dont have a dupe off despite all my orders to saving it :rotfl:

I'd use it and maybe give your niece something else - the pink fairy seems popular.

well i used it last night :rotfl: so yip think It will be the fairy stuff as I do not like it .
