Oh blimey I could have a wait then, my order number is 490XX. Ahh well I'm sure it will be worth the wait. I think they are being great about sourcing stock rather than cancelling orders. Patience is a virtue as I tell the children lol. But I WANT it now lol.

I would call them just to clarify, i personally hate speaking to customer service people, but the lady i spoke to was really nice (she didnt even mind waiting 5 minutes until i found my order number!:rolleyes: lol

mind you a lot of numbers after mine could have been sent if they only ordered the small grab bags, it seems most of those have been sent out. I only ordered the large.

Just out of interest, does anyone know where I could get some plain boxes to wrap these in? I ordered several for presents and they all came in one massive box so I need to split them .

Phoned today. Mine was packed on Saturday, awaiting collection by courier this afternoon/evening, should be with me in the "next few days". I ordered on Saturday afternoon, order no Web483XX.

Lady on phone was very helpful and not at all flustered, though they must have had thousands of calls.

They sell them in Lush....:p I think they are about £3.50.

I ordered a large grab bag (number web487xx) still no news on mine and just says processing. I'm not dissapointed in the customer service, i'm not going to ring them. Having used lush loads of times, I trust them to get my goodies to me!

Though an email would be nice, we are doing a very good job of tracking the lush logistics lorries here. Give us a bit longer and we will be able to tell who's next!

I used the Bling Crosby tonight and thought will i or wil I not as looked very glittery and thought would stick to me ,but it did not as was superb :T:T:T:Tloads of foam and glitter in water and did not want to get out of bath how sad:o:eek:
