my stuff came this morning!! yey! and it was only dispatched yesterday so there's hope yet! Got pretty much the same stuff as already listed - there was loads of it (2 big and a small!) My mate and MIL are gonna be well happy!
there's popcorn all over hte living room now thou! lol

My room smells so nice now - by the way my order still says 'processing' even though I have both my small and large bags now. So don't worry bout that . The box was huge also - double the size the small one was ...

Oohh got two large ones to come so if the box is twice as big i'm even more excited. Hope I get a massage bar or lip balm as didnt get one in the 2 smaller bags.

I get so excited when i see a lorry outside! trouble is i live on a main road so i see about 20 a minute!

Mine came this morning too andthe floor is now covered in popcorn. Hubby creased up but he soon started to delve around in the box searching for MY things and making a huge mess, lol.

I ordered one of each size and have got a Glamour Puss set rather than a Christmas Present so that is nice. No massage bars or lip balms herre though.

Did end up with both the SuperSize Christmas Pud and the Tree Amigos, 2 each of Secret Santas and Stocking Fella, 3 Twinkle and green grren grass soaps.

All in all I am very happy with Lush and am leaving the vacuuming to DH.

They just phoned back, and said that it was signed for but they can't read who by....Looks like someone will be having a nice bath on me!

I would ask them to investigate who the driver gave it to.
If they can't read the signature they should ask for a printed name.

Tell them that you were in, ask for a refund of the replacement value of the items (not the cost) and state that if you do not receive this in 10 days that you will pursue the matter in the small claims court. Additioanlly mention that all your neighbours are prepared to act as witnesses.

Still waiting for my big bag ordered sat eve. It will be a nice suprise when it does arrive. I am lucky that my daughter works in a Lush shop so I never run out of goodies as she gets a great discount on everything and Xmas and Birthdays are always nice as she gets me Lush goodies !
