I ordered 2 large on the 2nd, and still have no word. My order No is Web484XX I do hope it turns up? No money has come out for this order yet

I told me Sister about it and ordered her 2 Small bags on the 3rd. Just checked and the money has come out of the bank, for this order so fingers crossed it will be here soon!

I agree, as I have said before..Ok they didn't have enough stock...Not our fault, but these things happen.

Though I have never had a problem with Lush and there service as always tip top!
The customer service people are always extremely polite also:T

I think what they have experienced with the large bag saga and taking to many orders due to online problems has really put a spanner in the works.
I would be same if I did not have mine though do not let that put you off as once you get it it will be well worth the wait.

Maybe worthwhile emailing or calling them back and explaing that was a valentines gift and you never know they may replace it with other products just a thought

At least they are honouring all orders, even tho they have run out of some of the itmes, they could've easily cancelled alot of orders. I'm glad they didnt tho.

I assume all the samples are to replace full size soaps (can't see any listed). Received my own small bag today but not opened yet. Have to wait till I get home - will get in trouble for popcorn over office!

Personally im at home, half hoping my lush bag will come today, it wont but its giving me an excuse not to get dressed and go out. ill just watch a film in a bit!!
