Grab bag offer at Lush!!!!

I phoned on friday to ask about my order as the money hasnt been taken from my account, or even earmarked for anything. The girl I spoke to said it should be dispatched early in the week, fingers crossed.
I'll have to make sure I have enough cash in the accout tho.

Snap , I am worried about spending as I dont know when/if they'll be taking the money out:o . Not a bad thing I guess!!

I think I will give them a ring in the morning, as I think at the least we should have been bulk e-mailed to say whats going on

i must say dont really think alot of the speed of their delivery ordered 010208 still showing processing..:eek: might have to order from November to arrive for a xmas order then....Has anyone recieved theirs yet and have you been pleased?!! was it worth the money? and the wait

What with all the Grabbits recently it shouldn't be too hard to spot an MSEer, we'll be sitting in the Afrika Afrika tent, with rosy cheeks from the Boots highlighter offer and reeking of Lush goodies.

First post here so please be nice !

I ordered a large grab bag and several other items on the 2nd. Called Lush this morning to see what was happening (I don't fancy spending half-term waiting in for a delivery) and was told that my order has not yet been processed but hopefully it should be done by the end of the week.

I asked if it would be possible to pay for next-day delivery and was told that the reason for the delay was that they have ran out of stock and are waiting for some more.

Really poor service I'm afraid. It looks like it's going to be over two weeks from placing the order to getting the items. OH is fuming as that was my valentine's present.

Just phoned Lush as my order still says 'Processing' on the website, even though it was ordered on the 2nd - got through after about 3 rings! Very helpful assistant told me that my order was sent out on the 8th - so fingers crossed it will be here today or tomorrow!

I ordered two small grab bags late on the Sunday and they have arrived this morning. The money was taken out of my account on the 7th.

Not impressed with the packaging at all!

Need to go put them in my car as the smell of lots of lush stuff together makes me feel sick lol
