Morning
Well unfortunately I am poorly today (i have flu... and I feel so ill), but I am in work mainly because I handed in my notice yesterday and because I dont get paid for sick days.
Anyway, some good news I got a cheque for £27 for 2 old mobile phones yesterday, and also a cheque for £102.53 from pet insurance (one of my kittens was very poorly for a while, and this was just for some tablets!! thank god for insurance!) - i had forgoten about it, until I phoned up the vet and asked if there was anything outstanding to claim back from the insurance. What a lovely surprise.
So all in all have got £129.53 just from 2 cheques.
And my old engagement ring ends on ebay today... its at £56 at the moment.

Hi Amy
I also have an old engagement ring and a bracelet (the bracelet is worth about £149). I have a reciept for the bracelet but not the ring. Do you have recipets for yours? When you sell yours, can you tell me where and how much you got for it?0 -
Hi
Im selling my ring on ebay.
I knew i would get £50 for it from a jewellery shop, so thought i would set that as the minimum amount.

Well my engagement ring sold for £82 which i am very chuffed about! :j
Nice extra bit of cash to add to the savings.
I may even be able to pay off my loan earlier than i thought at this rate.

Hi Hun, fab news on the ring, I sold my engagement, wedding and eternity ring to a jewellers, they were all 18 ct gold and I got £85 for the lot so what you've managed to get is great. Your totals are looking good. Keep going....0
