Another £400 off my Halifax-(it was a pet insurance cheque) so over all figure goes down again-BUT-and a very big but-I think I may have been too overzealous this month and did not leave myself enough cash to get through the month which is a big pain so figure will maybe go up a bit. Feeling very down because of this-feel that whilst I am still paying nursery fees that I will never pay off this debt...i was doing so well and then boom!-all goes pearshaped...Oh well-plod on I guess-this debt free lark was never going to be easy-pretty easy for the old stupid spendthrift me to chuck away though. When I think how easily I could have cleared my debts in the first place when I had quite a lot of disposable income which I frittered away I could kick myself I really could. Never mind-look forward not back and concentrate onf clearing this mess up.l

Spent £10 in Tescos yesterday and used my vouchers I got £1 off weetabix, andrex and washing powder and other essentials so saved £3. Big shop tonight but hoping to really keep it down. Just remember that I am planning on doing a car boot sale so more money in the pot! think that I may start putting some money aside for emergencies rather than paying off more from the debt so that I have an emergency fund to go to rather than resorting to the card. At least I wont be increasing my debt. What do the more experienced of you think of that?

Hello! Spent £53 on shopping last night so not so bad really. Need to get petrol tonight-booooo!- hopefully this will last me until pay day-I tend to walk everywhere I can nowadays-not wasting my petrol to go to the village hall in the next village so I have a nice brisk 30 minute walk there and back instead. I used the snowball today and May 2013 is my debt free date at the moment if I pay £140-£100 a month. That's five years away- but I'm aiming to reduce this. My childcare is my major outgoing-over £500 a month- at the moment although I use childcare vouchers from my employer. Think it will be a bit easier when I get the free sessions when DS is three-but not wishing the time away as they grow up so fast! It does make me feel scared when I think of the huge amount of debt I've got...and how long it will take to pay off due to my lack of available funds. i made my bed I guess so i will have to lie in it. Think I would feel a bit better if I hadn't overspent this month...Never mind-am going to be positive and 1. message my friend to arrange a date for our boot sale. 2. put in the expenses for my mobile phone 3. Look for a mystery shop to do

Had a bit of a break from my diary but back in effect today! Well I've arranged to do a car boot at the start of May, and I've put my expenses in but haven't found a mystery shop yet-so at least i've done something positive. No social events planned until well after pay day so no real expense at all. I'm trying to lose weight now for summer as I weighed myself today and was 8st13.5 which is nearly a stone too heavy for my build as I am tiny!I'm on a full on weight loss mission as well-I love a challenge!

Well I overspent by a grand total of £149.00 this month which is disgusting and I am so annoyed with myself about it. Starting afresh tomorrow which is payday so I will stick to my budget strictly. I am about to write my budget out now-why am I so rubbish with money?

I've done horrendously again this month already-I've run out of money until 23rd and have committments such as friends birthdays to go to. I feel like the biggest loser ever! I need to try and work out tonight how i'm going to get through this and go shopping with my cc-hurrah can't wait. Sorry if this sounds depressing but my money situation is hopeless.
