Fed up today as order a washing machine in Jan-had cash but paid by mastercard thank goodness to be covered. Anyway long story but more than three weeks without a washing machine and being fobbed off by company Trade appliances and they finally admitted that they couldn't get washing machine for me and that they would refund me. Found out today that they have gone into administration and because i paid with mastercard i will be getting a refund but no timescale. So annoying-we had to buy another washing machine but we need this money back. I could cry. Now i'm going to phone tesco pet insurance and see what rubbish excuse they will give me for not having my cheque sent almost 2 months later!HSBC Visa-High interest-£2349.23 Nat West £2605.18

I'm on a priority list now for the pet insurance which means they're going to send my cheque out in the 48hours-about time. I went into work this am to get my documents on the washing machine so I can get my money back from Trade appliances. I also did my shop-spent £68 which was a bit much but also got my tesco points from the vouchers I was sent so already have 230 points. I want to get enough to take my son to Whipsnade Zoo in the summer. Also got a voucher to get 5p off a litre of petrol at Tescos so all good. Got home and realised that I had forgotton to plan for a meal for tonight so usually would have rushed out again using petrol and more money to get something. however I used the old school principles and looked in my larder and we are having bacon and tomato omlette with homemade chips and frozen peas-yummy! I'm about to bake a cake as well with my son because I am having a fab week off with him. I really wish I did not have to work-I would be so happy to be at home with him doing fun stuff and baking and cleaning. It's funny how much you change isn't it? And you always want what you can't have as well!HSBC Visa-High interest-£2349.23 Nat West £2605.18

I'm sure you will lose the weight before your birthday Queen Bess-I think I could do with a weight loss goal as well-as I sit here typing my jeans feel a bit tight! Gelbean-I still haven't received the blooming cheque so I'm going to give them another ring this am-they really are surpassing themselves this time and it's horrible having to keep chasing my money when my poor little Lucy is actually dead now-it feels a bit wrong somehow. Anyway I have some absolutely brilliant news-we got a £500 tax rebate the other day so that is going to go towards the debt which has given me a real boost. Also £40 has gone off the Halifax debt so have ammended my signature today to the lower figure. haven't ammended it for the £500 yet because waiting for the cheque to clear. I'm just going to submit my shift pay claim form as well because I've worked loads of shifts this month so looking forward to getting my money for that-it will be worth all the moodiness i've put my family through!HSBC Visa-High interest-£2349.23 Nat West £2605.18

Hey good news today-chased Tesco pet insurance up today and they confirmed they have sent a cheque for £461.73 out to me-hurrah! That's going to be a nice chunk off the Halifax card-thank goodness for that! I was really worried that they were going to turn round and say that we weren't going to get anything because of some discrepancy so feels like a real relief-obviously they don't pay for the cremation or the euthanasia and because it was pre LBM they are on my CC but I am working on that now. Tesco cheque hasn't arrived yet but hey ho. I ordered my tesco voucher so that we can go to Exmoor zoo when we go on our sun holiday-mind you-I hope the weather warms up a bit when we go as it's going to be a bit chilly in our caravan! Bad news is that my son threw the retainer I wear in the bin-and bins were taken without me realising so now have to pay £23 to have a new one-bah humbug! Mind you-the dog ate my last one-I always feel like a kid making up excuses for not doing my homework when I ring the orthodontics department and I'm 33!HSBC Visa-High interest-£2349.23 Nat West £2605.18

I suddenly reallised that I haven't updated my diary for ages so here goes. My Tesco cheque arrived finally and I have put the money on my Halifax card. Haven't got the statement yet so haven't updated the signature for that. I've got my Exmoor zoo vouchers as well. I've also paid £500-the tax rebate off the capital one debt so have updated signature for this-only £683 now to pay off-I say only....Anyway, I'm soldiering on with this and hopefully will get this paid off early and can start concentrating on another one.HSBC Visa-High interest-£2349.23 Nat West £2605.18

This month went a little bit pear shaped for me the past weekend. I had to put a swim suit for DS-£20-it's a sunsuit thingy because he'd grown out of the last one and £20 on groceries on my HSBC card. I will however be paying this straight back when I get paid on Thursday because I get my shift money then and I really don't want to increase my debt. I feel really bad about it because I really don't want to increase my debt at all. I think i need to be a lot more disciplined this month as I feel as I have bought too much food at work. No cash at work is the answer me thinks. Arrgh why do I find this so hard to manage?HSBC Visa-High interest-£2349.23 Nat West £2605.18

Well I paid another £255 off my Capital 1 card now bringing down the amount to pay now to £428 before June 16th. I also paid off the £40 I put on my HSBC card straight away now as well so so far so good. I'm sort of dreading this month money wise though as it's quite a busy month cos I'm going on a sun deal caravan holiday for five days and going to a race night and to the dogs. Just in case this makes me sound like a mad raving gambler-i'm not at all and will spend about a £1 on bets but one is a charity night and the other is arranged by our mums and tots groups. Worried about making it through the month though-I feel panicky already about it and about not making my money stretch. I am planning on doing a car boot sale when I come back from hols though so hopefully will make some money from that that will tide me throughHSBC Visa-High interest-£2349.23 Nat West £2605.18
