when all op was doing was to try save someone some money
you told them that anyone could make pancakes unless they were daft
well I can't and that wasn't the point... if and "if" you were going to buy these !!! saving things do it now as its a good deal

i used this to try it our and whilst i love making pancakes this made it simplar and cost me less

Ok, for those folks who can/like to make pancakes, here's my guesstimate for the natural ingredients (as bought from Adsa):
8p for 100g flour
17p for 1/2 pint milk
11p for free-range egg
=36p for around 8-10 pancakes.0 -

But (and correct me if I'm wrong) You can't buy these ingredients separately, so for example, if you bought a 500g bag of flour at say 40p but only used 100g of it for pancake making, and didn't eat eggs normally (which you obviously can't buy singly) then overall the cost of buying these things would be a waste, thus making the Betty Crocker ones better value!
