...courtesy of the nice folks at https://www.bobsfreestuffforum.com (which is well worth a browse).

If you look here : http://www.bobsfreestuffforum.co.uk/forum/viewtopic.php?t=52994&start=30 you'll find the necessary (coupon) code mentioned.

There is a code which you enter at the checkout, which will give you 500 bonus clubcard points (worth £5 / £20 in deals) when you spend £1 or more on books. The cheapest I could find (available immediately) was £1.13. I bought "In a Glass Darkly" and with p&p it ended up being £3.86 - so profitable even if you used the points at tesco.

I expect that these points will only get added on a later statement like other deals of this type.

    (haven't seen this on flyertalk...yet)
  • Oh little you know The Pearce -I bet RJB and Disco Volante have been reading this, even though it is way below them!!

Various money-off codes for Tesco Grocery are available in the forums at moneysavingexpert.com.

Think the code won't get it mentioned on flyertalk as this quote on the starter post is about the nearest it gets.

BTW thepearce, Where's Mr Phooey gone? think you need to change your signature to "pity the fool"

If anyone is after something nice and cheap.....they have lots of street maps for £1.13. http://www.tesco.com/books/browse.aspx?Ntt=&showall=1&No=240&N=80+10&Ns=P_SORT_Price

(travel, under £5, sorted low to high price, page 13)

Found a book for eaxctly £1....but 4-6 weeks special order :(. I guess this code is good for one use only.

bylromarha - sorted :) .......it's all this talk of Mr. T
