Yep no probs- The guy gave them to me still wrapped in packs of 12, so I just told the supervisor I got them from the warehouse guy!

I have just read the letter in today's Times from an MSEr setting them straight.

I shared my 200+ Roast Beefs in Gravy between a friend of mine who is finding things difficult monetarily amd a young gentleman employed by my company who has a permanent overdraft. They ate the beef and I gained the points and everyone was happy.

The security buzzer went off when I was on my way out of store with my last 12 packs of beef yesterday.
I thought oh heck I must have too many beef!

The shopping got searched by the security guy (how embarrassing!!) who found a security tag in some clothes I had just bought with money off coupons from clothing@tesco. Silly cashier hadn't taken tag out.

I thought about asking for compensation for embarrassing moment but thought better of it!

End of story.. end of beef.

Hope there's another good extra points promotion.

After a huge amount of faff from Tradewinds including the price going up, then down again, confirmation of the van and general 1 hour long phone calls whilst they sort their system out, our NZ holiday has been booked, our deals tokens posted off and we're flying away for our 3 week break in November.

I am proud to say I love Mr T with all my heart!

I remember seeing a thread for 50 points on Magners cider(1.99) If this helps.

I think the cider was only available in the Irish stores unfortunately.
