My Tesco extra appear to be limiting the amount of packs they put out, only 10 packs of the 66p beef today so I bought another 9.

Freezer is full to bursting again as I also bought several 'free from' items as well.

I wonder what the next 'offer' will be?

That's what I thought as well which is why I squashed a few more boxes of free from things into the freezer. As a coelaic the free from offer was really useful for me, chicken nuggets and fish fingers again after years of going without.

I hope the next offer is not frozen goods again, It will take me ages to eat what I already have. I expect though that it will always be on chilled or frozen items purely because they can't be stockpiled quite as much as say tinned food can.

so whats the best buy in the free from range? we have had the gluten free fish fingers before but my lad was not impressed how many points is this offer, is it as good as the roast beef as it would be nice to have a change of diet !

Free from (gluten free) is an aquired taste, I wouldn't eat it if I didn't have to!

I have been buying the fish fingers at £1.49 and the chicken nuggets at £1.99 both of which have 50 points back so not as good as the Birds Eye stuff but then I can't eat that anyway.

The better bet is the Tesco organic beefburgers at 99p for 4. They are also gluten free but in the organic section and also give 50 points back.

I dont want to sound thick but what are the "free from"?

Also, anyone know when the clubcard vouchers will be here?

    thanks in advance!
  • Now got 17004 points, with another 4855 to pick up tomorrow. That's DLP paid for, along with a couple of tickets to Thorpe Park. :)

The best news on this is that my little boy, who is an incredibly fussy eater, likes the beef! He's even asked to have it again tonight! RESULT!
