Sent off my vouchers on Friday via Royal Mail recorded delivery (97p) and will hopefully receive 9 new 12 inch vouchers!

Rang my local branch (Edgware) to place an order for collection last week Thursday & was told that they are no longer accepting the vouchers (I've used about 4 there in the past).

So I hung up, waited 5 mins & got my brother to ring up & place an order, told him not to mention anything about a voucher. 20 mins later went to pick up the pizza, handed over the voucher as payment & no one said anything, they just handed the pizza over

Even still, I took the advice of isayoldchap and sent my 2 remaining vouchers to Sarah Bridges last Friday & earlier on today I received 2 new vouchers valid up until the end of the year for a Free 12" Pizza. The new vouchers arrived recorded delivery.

I may try & get hold of some more vouchers to send of to be exchanged for one valid til the end of the year.

I sent all of my vouchers via recorded mail on Friday, but have still not received any new vouchers back. I have just sent her a quick email asking for confirmation of my new vouchers, so fingers crossed.

My local branch is also Edgware...small world:)

Just received my nine replacement vouchers from Sarah @ head office. Hopefully, I will not encounter any resistance from the outlet, when trying to redeem them.

Did you manage to use 2 vouchers at the same time in the Edgware branch?

It would seem that maybe the brances are getting a credit from head office for accepting the vouchers sent from Sarah Bridges. Otherwise I'd expect to see them kick up a fuss like they did with the tabasco sauce ones.
