Unfortunately I have to disagree.The voucher clearly states (item 8 )
'You must mention the voucher when ordering'
You owe them £8.99

Any contact nos/email adds for me to complain to?

I bought 6 bottles from Tesco-no papa johns accepts-they have noices saying 'due to the succes of this promo it has been discontinued blah blah blah....

I agree the terms & conditions state that. However if they are going to be funny about accepting vouchers for a promotion which they are running then they can expect us to be just as 'devious' as them. That will teach them in future to honour promotions they run or not to bother running them at all

the_tired_one, try E-Mailing Sarah_Bridges@papajohns.co.uk. Complained to her about Kettering's Perfect Pizza not accepting the offer, she was very helpful. I sent in all my remaining vouchers to her and she has posted me different vouchers which they accept.

I sent off a total of 7. Got 7 new vouchers back and have had no problems so far with the 2 that I have used. Was told that the Kettering branch is run as a franchise and as she was currently unable to get in touch with the franchisee, she would supply the new vouchers. Hope this works for you guys as well.
