Has anyone else heard of this... apparently if you take part in a kind of email chain letter you can make thousands of pounds in your paypal account..
I got an email from someone I traded with who has 100% feedback.. it only costs £3 and can make you thousands!
I have taken the risk and sent my £3 via paypal.. if anything happens I will let you know..
not sure if i am allowed to copy the email onto here... can i?

I can't believe people still get conned by chain letters! and especially a MSE'r!:heart2: Love isn't finding someone you can live with. It's finding someone you can't live without :heart2:0 -
Oh...hold on....they only joined site this month.....first post....call me skeptic but maybe they are hoping we will want to know more about this fabulous deal?!?!?:heart2: Love isn't finding someone you can live with. It's finding someone you can't live without :heart2:0

Yes, all these things are scams - don't get caught up in them. There are so many 'get rich quick' schemes that it seems unbelievable that people still fall for it. Take it from someone who knows (from bitter experience) if it sounds too good to be true, then it probably is!Me transmitte sursum, caledoni0

Sorry to jump off topic, but a warning is in order.
Kitster has been spamming this 'guaranteed £116' for some time, and I've removed his posts on several occasions from the gambling board.
He is advertising a set of referral links providing free bets which make him money. Yes you can profit from these, but there are easier ways of making much more money from basically the same offers without a spammer profittiing. These are detailed on the gambling board (see the "Easy free money from matched betting" thread, and "Gritt's diary").
We now return you to the discussion about Ebay.0 -
If you see people selling this on ebay then please post the auction number here.
This way it will get reported to ebay quickly and stop others from being cheated out of £3. Also you should direct the person who sent you the original chain letter to this thread so they can what they're doing is wrong and illegal. Many people in the US have had their ISP accounts shut down for sending these out, so it won't be long before the same happens in this country.0 -
