Hi mot - just looking in to see how the 'move' is going. Hope it all goes well. :beer:I am NOT, nor do I profess to be, a Qualified Debt Adviser. I have made MANY mistakes and have OFTEN been the unwitting victim of the the shamefull tactics of the Financial Industry.
If any of my experiences, or the knowledge that I have gained from those experiences, can help anyone who finds themselves in similar circumstances, then my experiences have not been in vain.

Well done, think of how far you have come and how many new friends you have made along the way, you should be very proud. All of you. xx
Which we all hope will soon be yours too, bm
How lovely of you to be here for mot when we know you are going through your own Hell.

Morning all,
Been awake since 3am:eek: my mind is so active trying to decide which boxes should be unpacked next/which rooms are a priority to sort etc. Last night when I went to bed exhausted my mind was still going and it me ages to get off to sleep which really annoyed me as whilst watching tv I had no trouble falling asleep!!!!!
Anyway, removal men came at 8.30am yesterday morning and when they lifted the sides of their lorry to start to unpack the containers I burst into tears! I think it was just because my belongings were coming back to me - I had no I-T to comfort me as we'd forgotten the kettle and he'd had to go back to his to get it (removal men just cannot work without regular top-ups of tea/coffee can they? And in this case I mean regular like every 30 mins!!!
Then the next 4.5hrs are a bit of a blur as it was case of just saying which room for which item whilst standing in the kitchen unpacking box after box after box (I didn't know I had so much kitchen stuff but I guess thats an accumulation of a lot of years things as I left home when I was 17!) We continued to unpack and sort and eventually left at teatime and I came back to I-T's and had a long soak in the bath. Had fish and chips for tea (sorry WeightWatchers!!!) and then struggled to stay awake and was in bed by 10pm and now awake since 3am  .
The kitchen is now nearly done and today I must concentrate on the twins rooms and mine then once I-T arrives at lunchtime and has secured my bookcases for me I can start to unpack in the lounge. The phone and Broadband are connected although BB won't kick in for 'new customers' until Monday - better stay here then until I'm connected
.
Be on later and hope you're all ok xxChristians Against Poverty - www.capuk.org0
