    well done on the weightloss :T:
    i managed to lose another half 1lb thats 1st 9lb now. I decided last week that i must have a tapeworm as i couldnt think of any other reason i lost weight, he seems to be hanging around helping me with losing weight so i have called him tristan!! :rotfl:
    although when i said that 2 people have asked me if i really have a tapeworm!! :rotfl: :rotfl:

    Sorry, but have just posted TALE OF AN IDIOT SELF on wl19.
    I've only turned up on wrong night.
    It was yesterday.
    Can't even slink away.........haven't lost enough weight!
    Still can't work it out - have religiously entered all things consumed, column by column, day by day and yes, it HAS ended last night, but I've been writing in Wednesday's today?!?!?!?!?!?
    I WROTE EVERYTHING DOWN AS I ATE IT - I MUST INDEED INHABIT PLANET ZOG.
    They have an 8-day week there.

    Thank you so much! I can't tell you how much this meant to me when I saw it - I've had an AWFUL day today and this really cheered me up. Thank you! As it happens I didn't really celebrate my birthday as me, DH and both children were taking it in turns to throw up. Lovely! Will celebrate this weekend instead!
