Im going to prague on the 20/08-22/08 and it cost 111 for flights and 200 for the 4* hotel in the centre. The prices are for 2 people. so it should be in your budget.

If i was yourself i would either go prague, budapest, reiga or tannilin. not sure if i got the spellings correct.
