Sally how did you get on ?
I'm definately rubbish at this at the mo. Couldn't find any curl mascaras so took a mascara and a eyeshadow along with gwp to pharmacy . No mascara eyeshadow offer on here so came to £7.98.Handed the points one and then the £1 off then asked her to take off the eyeshadow as not in offer and it took off all the points and added the £1 back on so didn't work again. I'm giving up . I love all these Gwp things and always try to get them if they go through but it looks like they set the tills to foil us now. I think the eyeshadow offer ended 29th the day before the palette started.

Did find a scrunched up £5 off voucher in a basket and a 250 points one so thought I'd have a go at the highlighter and gwp but no highlighters out. waited for the evil no 7 one to go and asked nicer one if they had any but got a no so will try this another day. These vouchers rather than the till spits are much better as people seem more likely to throw them away than the till spit which they don't realise they have been given.

I didn't go into boots today:( I had to take our kitten to the vet..... Sorry to hear your 17 transaction didn't go to plan. On saturday I will go back to high street kensington and see if the free eye shadow offer signs are still up. I am wondering now if the offer has ended but they forget to remove the signs.

I gave my husband a virtual new baby we have a card each and live at the same address, perhaps they won't query it in case I don't know.

Has anyone managed to get a No7 GWP if the total before vouchers was less than £20, e.g. £19?
The customer at the till next to me had spent £19.50 and the SA tried the GWP but the till wouldn't let it through. I felt a bit guilty as I was stood there with 2 No7 charm bracelets that I was buying for 75p each but I was trying to concentrate on passing my coupons over in the right order and didn't want to be distracted by starting a conversation with her! I already felt daft cos I tried to "advise" another customer when the last voucher was on about buying the Olay body polish and combining the £5 voucher with the 300 point ACM voucher but she just looked at me as if I had two heads. I suppose people nowadays aren't used to others being helpful without wanting something in return

I think I need to book a weekend to Edinburgh:)
    Or Scarborough!
I went in there yesterday and asked the No7 SA if she could do anything with the collagen stuff I'd ended up with after trying to use my voucher in our little Boots. I'd used the voucher, and paid another £4.99 for the beastly stuff, as I must have misread the shelf label (there was nothing else under £12ish), and then was too fed up to refuse it.
She had a confab with a couple of other staff, and told me she could refund the £4.99, or I could exchange for the full value (9.99) against something else. I chose Refine and Rewind, and paid the balance, then realised when the transaction was finished, that I might have been able to use a 250 points voucher. I asked her, and she must have felt really sorry for me, as she added it on to my card, even then! They were all really friendly and helpful, and made me feel really welcome. I shall return!
Last time I'd been in there the SA was lovely, and I'd got one of those survey things - gave her, and the store, a great write-up, they deserve it!

Just checked .com. Some naked sets left. But apart from that, just seems like cards, giftwrap, and those darned YSL things!!

Well i tried bootsing for the first time today, i got flustered, the SA got flustered, the supervisor got flustered and i'm sure the people in the queue behind me got flustered too!

Vouchers were bleeping, the SA had put a reduced NO7 item through and it came up as full price, i queried it and she then changed it and put it through as beauty so the highlighter didn't match, so she "deleted" the beauty item and put it through again as No7 and highlighter worked. I was still confused as my original bill was £29.xx and I ended up paying £26.xx

Not put off too much and tried again with second voucher, got 2 No7 reduced items which added up to £5 and the highlighter, gave £5 voucher first, then the highlighter voucher, total £2! how did that work, I was hoping for £0.00

Came home with the first transaction still not adding up in my head, ooking at my receipt she hasn't deleted the original £5.25 or the £2 beauty product so I have overpaid by £7.25, so now will have to call CS tomorrow.....so I'm still flustered

Any Bootsters willing to hold my hand on next trip into Luton or Hemel lol

It's nice to see more Luton bootsers posting on the thread:) I'm very well known at the Luton branch...well, I would be, I spend more time there than at home, LOL........ I used to be friendly with 2 young SA's (they no longer work there...unfortunatley!) and they loved putting vouchers through for me. They couldn't believe how much stuff I got for next to nothing. I am a bit apprehensive about trying out the No7 glitch there, because most of the remaining SA's do not like me handing over too many vouchers - some actually read them word-for-word and won't put them all through the till....but, I don't know if I can wait until saturday - when I'm in London - to have a go... I must learn to be more patient...good luck with the call to CS:)

Could you please clarify the following? You are saying "both ACM" above, No7 100 points Mascara and the one before that is a PC. Or did you mean the 250 points on £20 spend?

    Great find!:T

Hi, yeah I meant the No7 100pts Mascara and the 250pts for £20 spend

Did you get 250points in that transaction? I thought the 'total spend' points vouchers only worked on an actual spend - total after vouchers are applied?
