It means no one was at home to accept delivery, so carry over or carry forward should mean attempt the next day, normally you would receive a card with contact number for redelivery. You need to confirm by tel and leave message to state you will be available next day or will be availaible on ***day you can't state times.
I'm a courier for a different company, please be kind to your courier their lives are not easy.

Hi all, I bought the miniature perfumes on 75% off shelf and there were lots on the shelf. I had one set stolen from my basket even. When I got home I noticed that I was charged at 50% off. I took it back to the store and they said it had never been on at 75%. I know it was on that shelf and I have read on here that some got charged 50% off and others at 75%. Can anyone tell me the outcome of it please? I do not really think it is that much of a bargain at 50% off. Cheers Taffy

There was someone on here that got theirs on clearance really cheap, but I paid 50% off (£9), I rang customer services and told them it was on the 75% off shelf, but had paid 50%, and they creditted me with points.

another question: never used code SJMA36 but Boots anyway doesn't let me use it saying this promotional code can't be used at this time. any ideas why?
