I told them about visiting four stores and not being able to purchase anything under £12.99 and that this was out of my means.
I expressed how disappointed I was and that in future I will be considering any buys from Boots.

I was fuming:mad: at the time, so it was probably a rant letter. I didn't expect any added points, so this was a great result so I replied thanking them for adding these points.

Hope you get your complaint sorted as well.

Could you please clarify the following? You are saying "both ACM" above, No7 100 points Mascara and the one before that is a PC. Or did you mean the 250 points on £20 spend?

Evening everyone. I just wanted to share my lovely bootsng experience today. :j I ended up with several birthday presents sorted out, and I managed to get:

3 x Gear 4 speaker docks for ipod(£7.50 clearance). Really happy as they are £49 on John Lewis :T

1 x Kodak easyshare photo printer (£20 clearance)

2 x ipod phone chargers (£2.50 clearance. OH very happy as it works with his iphone)

10 x Gillian McKeith bars @ 10p each (look yuck but OH loves them lol)

I also got a few other bits and pieces and broke my transactions up so I ended up with 4 £5 off vouchers. This made up for not getting my £5 voucher yesterday. And to think I only popped in for a bottle of water lol

PS. Congratulations on everyone getting the GWP by using the highlights voucher. Hopefully I will be brave enough to try this when I go back in next week. Not looking forward to it though as all the SA’s recently seem to be real dragons!!! :eek:
