How easy is it to return items to the shop that have been bought from Boots.com? I ordered two photo albums and they aren't what i wanted. Will the shop take them back and do they refund to my credit card or by gift card?

All virtual baby mothers make sure if you ever need to call Adv Card about problems with points offers with Parenting club that your virtual baby has a date of birth, age to match and a name.

I called regarding a voucher I had problems with instore. The lady said ooo so your baby is 6 months old? I do have a baby and she is nearly 8 months and I said this, she then asked her DOB and her name.

They will tally the details to your registration so just thought I'd warn everyone to make sure they remember the details they gave on registration.:D

Imagine being asked and saying 'ooops I cant remember' :rotfl: :rotfl:

Lmao Just says its the pregnancy fog, say you have so many you cant remember which is which.

I have never had a problem just bring your bits of paper with you. They will refund on your card.
