Just got back from Trafford Centre store and they had loads of the new P & P set's in the round box. They had some downstairs on the valentines/mothers day display near the tills and quite a lot near the No 7 counter upstairs. They look really good value for money. Couldn't find any reduced Q10 but bought the eye cream at £6.79 as I had run out of my usual stuff so thought I'd try that - and get 400 points!!!! I'm hoping its good as the one I usually use is a Loreal one at about £14.00. Wil try it over next few days and if I like it i'll stock up while the 400 extra points is on.

I tried the £5 voucher with the 250 points for R&M on the foundation brush and it didn't work! o well!
I then tried to buy the dream lash mascara but there wasn't any black!! I then went to the waterfields store and they didn't have any highlighters!not a very good shop in watford today!lol

A bit rude? I'd say more like extremely rude.

It's what you'd expect from the gym mistress when you've forgotten your hockey shorts - not a reply for a request for help.

Where's pollsdolls and sheahoney? They'll know what to do/say x

The staff in Shrewsbury boots are really rude. I went last week and tried a few times to use extra points coupons and the skincare voucher and they were really strict saying you can only use 1 coupon at a time and kept calling the manager over to check. Not like my local Boots staff there are really helpful and friendly

It should be for the month, and I'm positive it will run until just before Mothers day, as this promo change began on 30th Jan (I think) it should finish on Feb 26th, if you check any of the red and white posters, pos in store it should say on them, usually small letter/numbers in bottom right hand corner.

Can do.

I managed to pick up a Q10 eye cream reduced and got the 400 points must be a bit hit and miss.

I do sometimes wonder what notes they have on their computers about us all :rotfl: and yes she was a bit rude

At least other folks are finding that the Nivea Q10 is £6.79 and not £1.70.

I have found this to be the case since last week and was starting to think I was the only one in the country paying £6.79.

Seems the vast majority of stores have it for the "correct" price of £6.79 and the £1.70 ones are the ones that are few and far between.

went to a store today with a SEL for £1.70 for the Q10 but none on teh shelf. i asked if they were getting any more and she said that it was all being rebranded and she took me to show the day cream in the new boxes, which have a plastic 'window' so you can see teh jar inside the box. they said that the night cream will be in boxes like that.
