Has anyone on here tried the new protect and perfect skin care..moisturiser/eye cream. If so are there any reveiws please.

Took the Nivea Q10 back today, the bloke on the till said we don't take creams back, but his colleague asked him to go and check with supervisor. He had opened the box and there was the foil thing that I think all Nivea stuff has and it was obviously unopened. He came back and said it was OK so thanks for that, as I was going to fight my corner if needed, but luckily not.

Went off and spent another small fortune on "bargains". Saw two olay regenerist kits reduced to £4.99, so even though there was no coupon for them now, bought them with 2 thermal polising thingies (liked that last time I got it, so it's stock really isn't it)to get the free gift bag.

Then bought a sanctury round box as a pressie to get the gwp and finally the N017 mousse foundation in the colour I like for another gwp.

Paid in two lots one amount in points as I haven't used them in ages as I've forever been using the £5 off vouchers, and £10's worth in cash just to get the £5 off voucher. It's the very first time I've been into Boots and not picked up the illuminating powder, even though there were loads there, it's as if I'm over it - do you think I'm ill????

btw there were about 6 of the p&p boxes in Cheshire Oaks and they are actually part of a valentine's display now.

Thanks for checking passion8. I did run up and re-look after you said the body lotion, as I did when someone mentioned it said 15ml on line. Should just keep it down here for reference as I also got it out to do the photo when no one knew what it looked like.

Did you get the P&p when it was half price? I got it for myself and my mum and mother in law, it's supposed to last a year but I think I'm a bit heavy handed, so I'll be grabbing it again when it comes back down:D

My OH got it for me at half price, not realising that I'd also ordered it after MSE Andrea mentioned it was half price lol. So technically they should last me two years. I doubt they will though, not because I'm too heavy handed - it's just that, at my age , my neck needs it more :rotfl:

Good news: I finally managed to find a tub of nivea Q10 cream today, one of the white ones (day cream), it had a reduced sticker on it for £1.79 which i was happy about.

Bad news: didnt get my 400 points.:(

Should i ring customer services up and complain?

That's what I was thinking - costs 5.00 and get 250pts (coupon does say "when you buy any R&M color cosmetic). Am also wondering whether it would be cheeky to get 2 and use the "free R&M Lip or Eye Compact (worth 12.00) when you buy any 2 R&M Color Cosmetics" coupon in the mailout ?? I have seen the compacts in store.

Sorry, Scarlett.1974 and Nine Tails, those aren't REALLY for sale on .com - the only chance you have of getting them is if you join the 5am brigade, and do a lot of refreshing, then get in quick - and you still only have a very tiny chance of success (I know...... I ain't got none!). They are in Boots.com weird idea of a clearance (the game with rules known only to Boots!), but I believe they are long gone in stores....
