It's staff like that that get my goat up. So much so that I won't be buying any no7 when one particular SA is working. (Just in case she's on commission lol)
Nowhere on the voucher does it say only one per day. I had a similar problem with a SA and the complaint I put in probably led to me being awarded some of the compensation points I received.Oh what a tangled web we weave, when first we practice to deceive. ~ Sir Walter Scott0 -
Managed to walk as far as the local shops for the first time since Christmas, and found the Sanctuary Spa GWP in the small branch. Bought the Mandelular £12.50 set as it was the best value - absolutely delighted with £22.50 worth of stuff for £12.50. The 48 points and the £5 voucher were a huge bonus. Quite fancy the No 7 GWP now...
Thanks luxor4t, you've just given me a reason to spend another £12.50 on myself for a changeThose sets are really pretty, so fingers crossed they'll allow the 2 sets together up here.

To all Bolton bootsers:
Boots Crompton Place - On the No7 counter this afternoon was a small tray with a few of the No7 trinket trios reduced to 50p and also tan wipes for 50p. They've also got the illuminating powder in the dark colour, forgotten what it's called. No mags there but plenty in the small Boots in the market place. No P&P gift sets though in Bolton at any of the 3 stores.

Oh i would have been livid!!! more i get older the more i complain, so i would have asked to speak to a manager!!!
Infact i would have fun the CS as soon as i got home!
Its a good job i am going to my fitness class now i need to let off steam LOL!:rotfl: :rotfl:0 -
Hi again pinkytots
Prospect Centre (Hull) have them in the storeroom and will be putting them out tomorrow. The thought of having another 15 mile trip, (or whatever it is) left me feeling deflated.
So I tried the one near the Ice Arena - no luck there and not sure when they'll be in.
Not to be outdone (and to save a trip tomorrow lol), I tried Kingswood's Boots. Theirs are going on display after Valentines Day.
So I gave up and went in the Beverley branch for something for my weary feet - and got myself one :j lol. Obviously got the GWP too, and used a £5 off voucher so cost was £15. They wouldn't allow the highlighter with just that, but what the heck
But thanks again for posting about it, and to nemitka (sp) for the picx
Well done you for getting there in the end. The ones I've got have the facial beauty serum, not the body serum, and it is the full sized 30 ml of facial beauty serum which is normally £16.75. I wouldn't have thought they would have done the same box with a facial serum and a body serum (which is much cheaper per ml) could you double check your box just to see as I think this might be confusing for some people. tia0 -

I sound like a right complaining minnie, but if you paid full price for it, why are you worried, go to the store, if a SA gets funny, ask to speak to a manager/ess tell him/her how you have been treated, and that you would like a refund, for the powder, take in the freebie, and tell them to refund the lot. Then go do the whole order again, why are you losing out on money when you needed do.
I need a new soapbox, this one has a foot hole in it!!! good luck hunny!0 -
You only have to look on this forum and tally up how much we have all spent at boots in just this week, to see how much Boots has made from a free vouchers, i said it before, to make a highlighter powder it would cost you all pennies, and they have the cheek to charge over a tenner for it without the voucher.
One day i am going to teach you all how to make your own cosmetics, down to soap, bathbombs, and even make up!
One day!!!

Hi all - been reading this forum for a few weeks and I'm sucked in. Lots of interesting experiences about the No7 and Sanctuary but no-one's used the Ruby & Millie 250 points voucher that were in the big cream R&M Ultimate Collection? Don't forget those!!0

Thanks pinkytots. I've just checked and it is, in fact, the facial beauty serum. The blue packaging threw me.And 30ml of facial serum is usually £16.75? That makes this set a real bargain (or the real bargain is when it goes half price for 200 ml at £49.50
)
I'll go back and amend my other post. x
P.S. pinkytots - could you edit where you quoted me just in case people think it is the body lotion please? TIAOh what a tangled web we weave, when first we practice to deceive. ~ Sir Walter Scott0
