Thanks
I don't think you'll get a voucher for the gift card/voucher purchase - in the same way as you don't get points for buying one. The voucher/card is treated like cash when it is spent and the points will be earned by the person spending it.
Sorry to be a party pooper!
(it would be awesome if it did work though and then we'd all be buying vouchers/cards and then spending them)

I've just called CS as the order i made this morning was showing up a full price delivery of £5.50. Its meant to be £2.95 til the 13th feb.
The guy has refunded the difference and said i was the only person to have called up about this!
I got so excited this morning adding the things i have been waiting for on yonks now, that i didnt realise til after. May be worth checking if you had paid for next day delivery early this morning.Gotta love a bargain :j0 -

Another fantastic Boots sesh! Just been to Newmarket Rd Cambridge and having already got pink highlighter powder (OK, 2 as I liked it so much!) I thought the peach one might be good for summer months when a bit more tanned.
So transaction 1: £10 top-up + (my third) free mag. (Mags are in evidence but a bit hidden up high by tills.) Get £5 voucher.
Transaction 2: No 7 Illuminating lotion that I'd wanted anyway (£10.50) + peach powder (£10.25) + free gift for over £20 spend. Hand over mag voucher, deducts powder, hand over £5 voucher et voila - £5.50 to pay for 2 items + fantastic free gift!
Friendly No 7 assistant on main till sceptical that it would work and said I was lucky as it shouldn't really. Thanked her really nicely and scarpered in case she got difficult...
This is the best Boots freebie yet! Eye shadow and lip liner are a perfect nude. Pile in girls...'In penguins and pearls we'll drink and we'll dance, 'til the end of our days, 'cause it ain't left to chance that we win...'0 -

Its a voucher in the back of the jan/feb magazine in store.

Thanks, shame that it wouldn't work with the vouchers lol. I do need some top up though so I shall pop into boots and top up. I just wanted to get the p&p gift from the oh for valentines/mothers day so thought I would help him out by giving him an extra fiver off of it with the voucher...how could he not buy it for me then lol!0

Can I ask the Bootsers a question before I ring up CS and hassle them?
I was in Boots on the day the sale went to 75% off and in my excitement left my AC in the AC machine. Of course by the time I got to the checkout and realised what I had done, the card was long gone.
I had a double points voucher and a 200 on any spend of £20. Which would have meant about £10 worth of points for me :j .
But because I didn't have the AC, the fella at the till (it was the photo till as I had some pics to collect) wouldn't do my vouchers. He did validate the reciept. So the other day as soon as my shiny new AC arrived I took the reciept and vouchers to my nearest (tiny) Boots and the SA added the points from the receipt but wouldn't do the double points voucher or the other one, saying I had to that at purchase. I told her I had tried but he would do it cos I didn't have the AC, but she wasn't having any of it.
Can anyone tell me if I've missed out on the points, or are CS likely add them for me?
Many thanks

I would think CS would add the points for you - give them a ring and explain - after all, you have nothing to lose and points to gain!0
