Next year I AM going to spend twice as much when the 75% stuff appears on the shelves and on .com, and then not have a bad case of "Oh, I wish I'd got more of...."!!!!
Me too!
I was really conservative when the 75% first went online and only bought 2 items the ELC Easel and Rocking Horse. Both items came and I was really pleased, but ever since then I have been getting up and getting really excited about the stuff added each day (most of it is returns and opened, missing bits etc) but that doesnt stoop me wanting a bargain! So, I like you will be buying all the gifts I need at the beginning!0 -
hi
i am very peeved at boots, the stuff that got nicked the one thing i really wanted was the trike, husband managed to speak someone in there "serious complaints dept" and told the lady that this was the only 1 thing that we really wanted and tried to get her to try and hold one if one should be returned etc but she swore blind that boots do not sell returns:rolleyes: that they are sold onto someone else.
boots load of liars if you ask me. they did send me a £10.00 gift card, but i would rather of just had my trike, as this would have been perfect for my little lads birthday.
sorry to go on but it does make me cross.

The website is a joke, I've jut clicked on at least 30 "in stock" items, not one of which even made it to my basket, and is it just me or does it annoy anyone else that after looking through the page you have to scroll up to the top of the page again to go to next page, wasting valuable time?0

Well done for getting the xbox and the psp jpedwards!
Reading your posts I am wondering if I should complain as from .com I got a Ruby & Millie brush set that was opened and had no plastic covering on the ends of the brushes. Maybe this is the case and they are not suppose to have them??
Please could someone let me know if they should have them? I don't want to go in all guns blazing, to be told they didn't have them on in the 1st place!
TIA

No it's not just you, it bugs me aswell!! I thought I was just being petty though:D
I am very annoyed as I have ordered the dino valley twice now to have it cancelled both times.....guess what was on .com today:mad:    .
Win some you lose some I guess:rolleyes:0 -

The website is a joke and Boots should sort it out, I'm fed up of adding nothing to my basket. The only item from the sale I've been able to add is the cot bower but I decided I don't want it if it's a return as it's likely to have been opened even though it wasn't wanted in the first place. Aaarrghh and yes, scrolling up to the top is a little annoying (hitting the 'Home' button on your keyboard is quicker but it's still a pain & waste of time) why don't they have the 'next' pages at the bottom like on the rest of the website?
I'm really disappointed, I've not been able to get anything from the website and my local stores were rubbish too. I wouldn't mind if I were able to get some of the glitches but I rarely seem to be lucky with those either  :rotfl:The £2.00 Coin Savers Club = approx £22.00  :j.. The 20p Savers Club = £17.80.

yes very annoying, i find when i go off of boots site onto another, instead of clicking the next button at the bottom i am heading back up to the top only to find no next page buttonand end up scrolling back down to the bottom.
