Can I ask the Bootsers a question before I ring up CS and hassle them?

I was in Boots on the day the sale went to 75% off and in my excitement left my AC in the AC machine. Of course by the time I got to the checkout and realised what I had done, the card was long gone.
I had a double points voucher and a 200 on any spend of £20. Which would have meant about £10 worth of points for me :j .
But because I didn't have the AC, the fella at the till (it was the photo till as I had some pics to collect) wouldn't do my vouchers. He did validate the reciept. So the other day as soon as my shiny new AC arrived I took the reciept and vouchers to my nearest (tiny) Boots and the SA added the points from the receipt but wouldn't do the double points voucher or the other one, saying I had to that at purchase. I told her I had tried but he would do it cos I didn't have the AC, but she wasn't having any of it.

Can anyone tell me if I've missed out on the points, or are CS likely add them for me?

    Many thanks
    EG

Essex, i would ring them, and tell them what happened, you was lucky no one used your points, cos they would have with mine, i have £60 in points on mine, its like a guarded peice of plastic when i goto the till!

There was a lovely big round box of protect and perfect products I haven't noticed before, and maybe it was there and I've never noticed. It has the full sized P&P serum and travel sizes of the
day cream, night cream, eye cream as well as travel sizes of the lighten and brighten age spot corrector, younger, longer hand cream, soft and smoothed gentle toner, soft and smoothed gentle cleanser. Completely quenched moisture lotion and cleanse and care eye makeup remover

It is £20 and I used my £5 off voucher and picked up the gwp.

I think the box together with the gwp make a lovely mother's day present for £15

    Hi again pinkytots :)

Prospect Centre (Hull) have them in the storeroom and will be putting them out tomorrow. The thought of having another 15 mile trip, (or whatever it is) left me feeling deflated.

So I tried the one near the Ice Arena - no luck there and not sure when they'll be in.

Not to be outdone (and to save a trip tomorrow lol), I tried Kingswood's Boots. Theirs are going on display after Valentines Day.

So I gave up and went in the Beverley branch for something for my weary feet - and got myself one :j lol. Obviously got the GWP too, and used a £5 off voucher so cost was £15 :). They wouldn't allow the highlighter with just that, but what the heck ;)

thanks again for posting about it, and to nemitka (sp) for the pic :) x

Inside me lives a skinny woman crying to get out - but I can usually shut her up with cake!

What rubbish, the mag is free to ac holders and £1 if you aren't so you would still get a bargain even if you had to buy one and where does it say you can only buy one magazine?

Managed to walk as far as the local shops for the first time since Christmas, and found the Sanctuary Spa GWP in the small branch. Bought the Mandelular £12.50 set as it was the best value - absolutely delighted with £22.50 worth of stuff for £12.50. The 48 points and the £5 voucher were a huge bonus. Quite fancy the No 7 GWP now...
