    That would be fab! :T

Here it is. I sent it through the site on one of their forms on this link http://www.boots.com/microsites/microsite_info_template.jsp?contentId=4116#2 I used the query an order placed form.

I'm getting in touch today to let you know how disappointed I am in the service I have received from Boots.com of late.
I have placed several orders recently and so far have had 10 items cancelled from my orders. These items were toys that were supposed to be birthday gifts for my 2 young children.
Suffice to say I am very disappointed in this service as I was allowed to place an order for these items and they were showing as in stock.
Furthermore the website is very frustrating to use in the sale section. When selecting 'in stock only' the majority of the items are in fact 'out of stock'.
Also whilst trying to place an order items seem to disappear out of my basket whilst I'm trying to checkout, this has resulted in me having to pay for postage when originally my order would have been over £40 to qualify for free delivery. When I try to put the items back in my basket they are then 'out of stock'.
Of the items I have received so far at least 2 of the gift sets (Ted Baker Set & King Of Shaves Set) have had very damaged boxes so are unsuitable to give as gifts. I didn't return these items as I could see they are now 'out of stock' and I wouldn't be able to have them replaced.
As a loyal customer to Boots.com who has spent hundreds of pounds over the past 12 months+ I am feeling extremely 'let down' by this poor service and feel that you should be informed.

No P&P gift sets in Durham yet, No7 SA with clumpy lashes had never heard of them, said maybe they were for larger branches only, Durham Marketplace branch "only" has two floors :rotfl: I will return another day, hoping to treat my mum and get No7 GWP to treat my DD too.

Cheshire Oaks, which had loads on display is much smaller than Chester that had none on display, but had them in the store-room. I just think some branches haven't been told about them yet. Maybe they're trying to push the valentine's lines before they start promoting the mother's day stock and who knows maybe Cheshire Oaks weren't supposed to put them out.

Has anybody ordered one on .com. It says sold out but I have never seen it on there before.

Well I finally managed to find a Nivea q10 Night Cream

    Barcode 4005808812899

But just as previously it cost me £6.79.

Still got 400 points but how on earth are you (lucky people) getting it for £1.70 I will never know.

The £1.70 one is in discontinued packaging but has the same barcode on so unless there is a shelf sticker saying £1.70 its probably the new stuff . Don't know how we are supposed to tell the difference.

The signs for the reduced cream are gone in all the Glasgow C Centre stores and no cream. I am actually very impressed with the cream and would say it was worth the £6.75 with 400 points. I posted earlier that I got this below for £1.38. It has a reduced price tag on the shelf. There was only one though! Sorry not sure if I posted the "URL thingy right"!!!

Had a very fruitful day in Boots Worthing. Managed to be at the clearance section just as the SA was reducing everything. Managed to snap up:

11 packs of Cucumber Wipes @ 10p each
4 packs of Clearasil wipes @ 20p each
2 bottles of Clearasil cleanser @ 50p each
2 tubs of Boots moisturising cream @ 10p each
4 tubs of Boots Eye Make Up Remover pads @ 10p each
3 tubes of Boots Eye Gel @ 10p each
2 bottles of Boots Eye Up Remover @ 10p each
1 Boots Semi Permanent Hair Colour @ 50p
1 Bottle of Ted Baker Body Lotion @ 50p
Various Lipglosses and Lipsticks (Elizabeth Arden,No 7, No17 and Natural Collection) @ 10p each
    2 No 17 Mascaras @ 10p each
No 7 Xmas Highlighter, Eyeshadow and Xmas Lip Palette @ 10p each
Several Soltan Sun Protection @ 10p each
2 Bottles Rimmel Sun Make Up @ 10p each
3 Packets of Boots Bikini Razors @ 10p each
    3 Crumpler Camera Bags @ 75p each
    2 Prestige pencil Sharpeners @ 10p each
    1 Nivea Sunkissed Sun Moisturiser @ 50p
    1 Vidal Sassoon Hair Tongs/Hair Styler @ £1

I also managed to sneak in 1 No 7 Highlighter which worked with the reduced No 7 items. Pity I only had one voucher.

Grand Total £10 to pay. Also got 75 extra points from ACM and issued £5 voucher.

Mostly everything gone by lunchtime but couldn't carry any more. Just managed to be at the right place at the right time. SA said they just wanted to clear the clearance section quickly and she was reducing everything I handed her. Spent ages at checkout as she had to put everything through manually but she was really nice and didn't bat an eyelid as I handed her the No7 Highlighter coupon.:j

Thanks to everyone on this forum for keeping us all up to date with all the glitches/bargains to be had.:T

Wow, what a fabulous shop - well done you:T

And for anyone who's interested this was the reply from Boots.

Thank you for contacting us about the service you have received, and the orders you have placed, with Boots.com.

It is concerning to hear a number of products you wished to buy in the sale are out of stock and I appreciate you letting us know

I am also sorry to hear we have been unable to deliver your whole order on occasions. When your order reached the warehouse, the products was not available. As we can't guarantee when it will come back into stock, we had to cancel the items.

I understand you are also disappointed with the state that two of the products you ordered arrived in. I would like to pass on my apologies for the upset and inconvenience this caused.

I have passed a copy of your email to our Boots.com team to make them aware of your experiences. They have assured me they will raise your feedback at their next review.

In view of the disappointment these matters have caused I have awarded 1500 points to your advantage card, which I hope you will accept with my best wishes. These points can be collected from any of our Advantage Point Machines.

Thank you again for bringing these matters to our attention. If you have any further questions please don't hesitate to contact me again.

    Kind regards,

    Amy Carrier

I don't know how the tills know the difference but they are clever enough to do it.

And a clever till nearly stopped me getting the Free Loreal handbag thing today - I had spent over £15 on loreal but tried to redeem points and it said I did not qualify for the gift if paying with points so I started again and paid with cash instead !

That never used to happen - you could always get a free GWP with points redemptions in the past. Hope it just affects the l'oreal promotion only.

    Your welcome :D

Maybe if enough people complain then they'll do something about their crappy website
