Whilst you are collecting your bits for local shelters etc which is a great idea. I read a post on another thread on here which has prompted me to do the same....... the op applied for free sim cards and collected a shoe box full and gave them to the women's domestic shelter. I was so impressed with this I've started a collection myself and am going to do the same. So I will add my spares from Boots and collect as many sim cards and feel good to have helped.:o0

Does anybody know if they will reduce th clearance stand items again ? They normally do it alongside every other sale. Last summer it was 50% off marked price, then 75% until the end when it went to 90% off - i ended up with so much stuff i had to give it away LOL, my boots is only over the road but staff keep saying its not being reduced.0

Maybe they'd spotted your scissors Ruby
And to even things up, apart from the occasional SA with PMT
, I've found Kingswood staff to be the best. It's a shame that their 'offers' are way behind Prospect C.
Leave my scissors out of this :rotfl:Only shop at Kingswood when up that way think its a shame the store isn't bigger.......plenty of scope there. You can't beat Prospect Centre for ducking & diving around the tills though:rotfl: :rotfl:

Gosh, that was a good shop, well done you!!
After recommending the foundation brush to people on here, I ended up paying full price as mine didn't go through with the voucher, but think I'm going to take it back, explain that CS said it should have done and see if they'll refund it and let me buy it again with the voucher. I'll let you know how I get on.
Thanks, I'm really glad you recommended it and I'm looking forward to using it with my new reduced foundation lol!
I wish you well with your brush.
I did something stupid yesterday before this good shop. I nipped to my local small Boots quickly whilst on my way somewhere else and had a quick look for the reduced Nivea Q10. There wasn't any but decided to get the full priced stuff for the points. I paid with points (as it's the first time in ages I've bought something without a voucher) but didn't get the 400 points.
Now I assumed afterwards this was because I paid with points and then you don't get them, but thinking now after my shop this morning maybe their till wasn't geared up to giving them.
Can anyone clarify this for me. If you pay with points do you get extra points, or is it only on a cash/card purchase?????0 -

I have checked the ACM a number of times this week and am really annoyed that no extra points coupon for P&P comes up. I don't suppose anybody on here has one that they would send to me for the price of the postage?
Also, I asked about the new P&P £20 gift set in the Basingstoke branch and the No7 woman hadn't heard of it. I was wondering if anybody has managed to get hold of one if there are any vouchers in it?
Thanks!0 -

Probably a stupid question but I've got a little confused as to what I can use this against. Someone on here said that it could only be used against the white sanctuary products but it doesn't say this on the voucher. Can I use the voucher against any sanctuary product?
Thanks in advance.
Anyone? Maybe it's cause I didn't write in black.'Fear is the path to the dark side. Fear leads to anger. Anger leads to hate. Hate leads to suffering.'

I normally like to keep under the radar when I'm in Boots. Decide what I'm getting beforehand get in and get out as quickly as possible, and never attract the attention of the No7 SA's. This has all gone out of the window for me in Chester store for .....................................So a very successful shop in all, but am definitely not "under the radar" in Chester anymore, think I'll give it a break...... for a week or two anyways!
Gotta say, though, I did wonder if it was all worth it in a shop in Manchester this morning. I went in incognito, and I came out with the reddest cheeks EVER ! AND - I swear - the security guard following me out !!!!! (NOT very subtley). I was a cross between humiliated and angry. I tried to use a combination of vouchers to get a free highlights voucher with a reduced No7 Suncream and ended up losing one of the shopping bags I'd bought earlier (containing another highlights powder). I eventually found the bag I'd left beside ACM with help of nice SA, but the other SA I'd given vouchers to looked at me like I was one big inconvenience. When I first went to her till (on the perfume counter) she gestured towards the main till as if what I was buying was beneath her ! It all ended up with me getting all flustered and wanting ground to swallow me up.
Ah, feel better after that rant. Thanks !:o0 -

Until I found this Boots thread I hadn't been in Boots in PC in years. I was surprised how rundown the upstairs had become.
