I've just tried to do an online shop and although it says that you receive 200 pts for toiletry essentials and baby essentials.....nothing is showing that it gives this and the drop down box that allows you to filter the offers doesn't have it anymore....but the big flash across the top of the toiletries bit and the baby bit stating the offer is still on is there. I put the stuff in the basket and no points added
Oh well....will have to stock up in store when DH can go along with me.
Hi, I had the same problem earlier today and I phoned CS (phone number is on the first page) and the very nice man told me there was a slight problem online with this promotion so he added the points on manually for me.
Hope this helpsYou can't control everything in life....... your hair was put on your head to remind you of that

Can someone advice me please?
I am going to do a online order, only ever done one before and that was the 'Cotton bud Glitch' a long time ago!
What i would like to know is how the different codes work?
I have found a working points codes, a 10% off and a £10 off code.
Which ones will work together? or can you only use one at a time?
Thanks
Im buying a carseat, its £54.99.
Afraid only 1 code allowed per order. Aim for the one that will get you the most (in your case probably the £10 off). In addition you will get 10 points per £1 so that alone will be about £4.50 of points (that is if they give them based on the discounted price).

Thanks for that. My daughter had her MMR today and is not too good so went away to give her lots of cuddles.
I've just checked my receipt and it was £4.98.
Thanks Sheahoney for your help. :A'Fear is the path to the dark side. Fear leads to anger. Anger leads to hate. Hate leads to suffering.'

What annoyed me more was when I put my stuff on the till she asked if I had advantage card and mentioned the voucher to get highlights free!!! She made me think she was nice then ripped me off!!!!!! Do you think if I phone customer services they would help me?
Don't bring it to their attention.
They'll probably say that total spend hadn't been met, can't use in conjunction with other offers etc. Then take steps to prevent it by informing all shops not to let gift through with highliter voucher.0 -

Having said that, there was another 90% sale (instore only?) in September/October 2007 so maybe they keep things back for that then clear the stockroom ready for Christmas.
Two 90% sales in one year, bring it on! :T0 -
I often wonder if someone from Mr B's is reading all the hints /tips we use & trying to correct them, us informing them if you know what I mean.
Sometimes it's better to leave it & try another SA another day...saturday staff perhaps as thus far they have been mega nice IMO.0
