Do what I did with my lot last night....... jacket poatoes.
I then offered several types of fillings : sweetcorn, ham, , grated cheese, salame, chilli (left over from the other night). They loved it. Very simple and everyone was happy. I also made some meatballs which everyone loved as they were a little spicy and a huge salad for me. Amazingly they even had some of the salad too...... but suspect they just wanted the cucumber and tomatoes that they both like (they picked out the salad leaves!) But anyway you could just offer jacket potatoes and whatever they like as fillings or are available. (BTW I made my spuds in the microwave and finished off in oven so simple)0 -

Ah the joys of teenagers! You sound like you have your work cut out for you!
How about any of these....
*Chicken or Pork stir fry and noodles (or have a go at making your own Chinese food)
* Mexican tacos or fajitas are good because you can make small dishes of everything (chicken strips, peppers, mince, cheese, etc) and everyone can help themselves and make their own.
*lamb steaks with a mint sauce and cheesy mash and veg (for some reason I remember loving this as a kid)
*Potato bake with a side of veggies
Just a few ideas tons of different recipes for the above online, hope it helps.
Good luck!0
