Brioche is slightly sweet, so unless you like sweet/savoury mixes, go with neutral or sweet fillings. I like them with just a smear of butter if they are fresh. Cream cheese is good too.Trust me - I'm NOT a doctor!0

Nothing as yummy as Nutella on brioche

It is indeed lovely for bread & butter pudding but it would never last that long in my house as DH and I would scoff it as soon as I bought/made it.0 -
I love them with savoury fillings too, otherwise it can be sweet overload! Like LondonDreamer suggests: anything you would put in a criossant will work beautifully.
If I did have them in the morning it would be plain brioche rolls to dip in coffee or hot chocolate - jam in them is a bit too much like toothache
Otherwise, I used to like egg, smoked salmon, bacon, cream cheese (not all together!) but with added crunchy lettuce, cucumber or tomato as it will be rich so you won't need much! I remember Nigella recommends burgers in challah or brioche - in fact, proper US burger buns are quite cakey and sweet.Love and compassion to all x0 -
What is brioche and can you make it in a breadmaker ? is it a cake or a bread ? what would you eat it with ?0

I think it's a rich, sweetish bread. French stuff. Very tasty and yes you can make it at home.
Had a very quick Google and came up with this page but I'm sure there's loads already here on MSE
I like to eat mine dipped in coffee! It's yummy made with chocolate in, or simply spread with butter or jam or chocolate spread. Makes a lovely bread pudding apparently. I think you can have it savoury too.June Grocery Challenge £493.33/£500 July £/£500
