Anyone Using XP SP3?

Providing everyone is running automatic updates there is very little new in XP3.
However for people rolling out new installs over a network, or wanting to slipsteam installers, I'd say it's is worth getting hold of in full download form.
XP is still one of the most popular operating systems, and with support extended to well into the future.
In a few years time, I wonder if Vista will be regarded the dead duck that Windows ME was, and the replacement a much more worthy and popular contender...0 -
Like ALL MS Service Packs - wait until the proper one has been released and used in 'the wild' for a while until your brave enough to isntall it - that way you are sure it will be fine.
Remeber first release of SP2 - destroyed machines!
Most will just be hotfixes anyway.
The extra 'software' bits (media player ..etc) can be downlaoded fromWindows Update if you are impatient!
