I now have 17 items which I have previously listed but not sold which I could have listed this time but couldn't be bothered too search through all my stuff.. AND worse still.. I have 2 boxes of stuff which it doesn't look like I have ever listed as I have no turbolister file for them!! SO I have heaps of photo's to take AGAIN and loads of listings to do.. I am seriously considering listing most of them at 99p just to get rid.. but it seems an awful lot of hassle for 75p in the long term!!!

My chicken soup almost tastes palatable.. there's a small miracle.

    Morning ladies

Nasty horrible mist and fog out there. As about three quarters of my one hour journey to work follows a river valley, I can see it's going to be a fun one this morning!

Must jump in the bath now and make sure I leave about 10 minutes earlier to cater for the weather.

    Have a good one all

Manic Monday - Kitchen and Dining Room/Area
    Level One
    Clean floors in these areas
    Level Two
    Wipe down surfaces
Wipe kitchen cupboard fronts and kickboards
Wipe down fronts of major appliances (cooker, firdge, freezer etc) and inside the microwave
    Level Three
Dust any extra furniture in dining area, checking for cobwebs on way round
Clean washer drawer, filters on the dryer, dishwasher and cooker hood filters
Clean the oven if you missed it last week or it needs it

Extra tasks if you want to do more
    • Wipe window sills and clean windows in these rooms
    • Wipe down any tiles and shine those taps, a toothbrush is great for cleaning away the gunk!
    • Empty one shelf (or the top of a cupboard) clean it, clean what's on it and put it all back
    • Clean out and organize one cupboard, more if you like
    • Wipe & replace small appliances likekettle, toaster etc (wipe under too, especially the toaster!)
I am the leading lady in the movie of my life
  • Well, here we go.
I have decided today is going to be the start of potty training my 2yr old (almost 3, I know i've left it late:o) He has got his undies on and he's very enthusiastic at the moment. Lets see how he is later lol.
I'll be starting on the kitchen when i get back from school run. just gotta get slow coach moving so he's ready on time. he loves school but takes sooooo long getting ready its like pulling teeth.
    Nothing to declare ;)
  • Yay this is the first morning I've managed to fly before work, and I actually got up later, pressed snooze a few times. Kitchen is looking nice and clean and tidy, minus a few bits of camera kit which need putting away and the floor still needs to be swept.

  • I'm taking a mental health day off from work today - in other words, a well timed sickie before i melt from the pressure.

decided upon last night as DH is starting the day by delivering some equipment in the next village to the nursery. So he has taken charlie to nursery for me, and i have just eaten breakie, so now i need to actually get on and get dressed/do some of my school stuff so that i actually benefit from the day off, and clear some work. fat chance of it yesterday as DH and mum spent nearly 4 hours filling in her tax return, and she owed over 3000.

we were so glad of my stew in the SC.

also need to wash my hair and have a nice bath today - do my legs and the likes. I feel and look grim today, and i am sure that would help me out.

I think i will start with a 2nd cuppa, and wiping down the dining table before getting my stuff out, then do the hair wash/get ready perhaps get the WM on.

ANyway, if you see me on here before doing a lunch time catch up, please kick me without any guilt.

    Good morning all

Mudbath - I like the sound of the 5GC, may not be able to do it when others are because of work, but I'll give it a go, even if it's just a litter pick (we're near the secondary school) or dead heading.

Well, back to work today, but I've made a good start this morning:
    • DW emptied - slight cheat here as I did at 1.30am coz the puppies wanted out
    • WM loaded, done, emptied and hung up - and porridge made at the same time
    • SS Bathroom and Shower
    • Dogs and cats fed
    • Lunch made
    • Kitchen tidied
    • Bed made
    • Work case ready
Just off to dry hair then I'm out the door. Have a good day and I'll be back later.

Newmrslockwood - good luck with the potty training - I remember it well!
Pinkfairy - yeah someone to join me in the 5GC, I hate looking out at my garden and seeing the mess so i'm determined to keep up with the challenge.

I came on to print my list off as i'll not get back to the computer for most of the day. Hope you all have a good one xx
