Just seen your post Vanilla - think you can amend it if it has no bids
  • hex2 you can always freecycle them, plants go really quickly on my local list.

I've been busy decorating the lounge this weekend, so haven't caught up with last weeks thread. Lounge is slowly coming along, 2 weeks before I have people come over and it needs to be done by then.

I'm going to write my own list for this week and next to try and get a move on with the decorating etc.

Tryed to revise and change but i done the first something and the second advance i think.
Sometimes it seems that the going is just too rough.
And things go wrong no matter what I do.
Now and then it seems that life is just too much.
But you've got the love I need to see me through.

Aww Vanilla bless her! I have an 8 yr old who does similar silly things, and loves the LO's toys and tv programmes more than him! My 10 yr old on the other hand thinks she is about 15!!

Ebay used to confuse me for that - my pics used to upload one day and then not work the next!

    Hello again
    Glad your DD is ok Vanilla - they're definitely sent to try us aren't they! My list for tomorrow is going to be quite long;

Manic Monday - Kitchen and Dining Room/Area
    Level One
    Clean floors in these areas
    Level Two
    Wipe down surfaces
Wipe kitchen cupboard fronts and kickboards
Wipe down fronts of major appliances (cooker, firdge, freezer etc) and inside the microwave
    Level Three
Dust any extra furniture in dining area, checking for cobwebs on way round
Clean washer drawer, filters on the dryer, dishwasher and cooker hood filters
Clean the oven if you missed it last week or it needs it

Extra tasks if you want to do more
    • Wipe window sills and clean windows in these rooms
    • Wipe down any tiles and shine those taps, a toothbrush is great for cleaning away the gunk!
    • Empty one shelf (or the top of a cupboard) clean it, clean what's on it and put it all back
    • Clean out and organize one cupboard, more if you like
    • Wipe & replace small appliances likekettle, toaster etc (wipe under too, especially the toaster!)
Extra stuff I need to do:
    - send cheque for cooker installation
    - arrange MOT
    - pick up pressie for DHs birthday
    - check recipe for cake and make sure i've got ingredients
    - unload DW
    - unload WM
    - try clothes for 10 mins and hang
    - put dry clothes away
    - sort underwear
    - ironing
    - put ironing away
    - put underwear away
    - sort through DSs birthday cards and keep any bits for cardmaking
    - pack lunches
    - help at school for morning
    - badmington run
    - football pick up
    - 27 bits of filing / shredding
    - 27 bits of rubbish cleared from car
    - walk dog
    - find somewhere that stocks a body protect for ds's riding
    - sort composting
    - arrange for car to go and get stereo fitted

And I think that's it! Long day tomorrow but sure it's do-able. Might make a start tonight or might go to bed and I know which I favour!!!!

    Hugs to all xx
