Evening all. Thanks so much for the hugs and advice today. DS got up being a little angel! To be honest, I know its fustration - hes got a beautiful nature and everyone always says how forward he is but its all just getting to me. Think its cos I know I'll be alone for most of the week. Anyway, thank you all!
Not done any flying, had a long play then into town. Been thinking about a new pushchair for a while and fell in love with one in Boots so have ordered it for cheaper when I got in - very MSE. How sad, can't wait for it too come and take him out in it LOL
Am annoyed with myself as feel today's been wasted and not achieved a lot and DH is around most of tomorrow and need to take him to pick his new car up so won't get much done I'm sure.
Anyway, see you all tomorrow xxLightbulb moment 15th Feb 2007:doh: Now Debt Free and plan on it staying that way!

Evening, just finished a quick half hour of ironing and got all LO's clothes done. Its amazing how little time it actually takes, its just i hate ironing:eek: Feeling very pleased with my level of flying today, lets see how long it lasts... DH didnt even mention how clean and tidy the place was when he came in, are all men like this? The trouble with the world is that the stupid are cocksure and the intelligent are full of doubt.Bertrand Russell0

Yes they are gunsandbanjos!
Can I have some advice please. DS (7) always leaves going to the toilet till the last minute but always just makes it. He's come back from football tonight and his school uniform in his kit bag smells of wee and his socks are soaking. After blaming my friend's dog he finally admitted he left it too late to go to the toilet and didn't quite make it. He got very upset and I just hugged him and told him he needs to go as soon as he realises he needs to go. Do I leave it at this and hope it's a one off? Any advice welcome xx0 -
Gunsand banjos - how did the bath go? forgot to add earlier glad it all went ok for DD today0

Bath went fine thanks! A bribe of ice-cream and cake did the trick;)The trouble with the world is that the stupid are cocksure and the intelligent are full of doubt.Bertrand Russell0

If it makes you feel any better tracey, my friend just got herself really upset as we picked the kids up from nursery because they told her that her little boy was throwing toys at the babies. She thought they were saying he was a bully. DS had a paddy as they gave him a biscuit as he was leaving, and he wolfed it and then wanted a 2nd one, but they only had one per kid so they couldn't give him one, and he cried for a good ten minutes about it. I guess they all have little traits that are not appealing to us, and we wish they wouldn't do it - they will grow out of it.
I've had a good couple of hours rest since DH came in, i'd best tackle a bit more of that marking, and then try to be in bed earlyish and then in work at usual time rather than at 11 so i can plan out my lessons a little better.
I only have two tomorrow - i hope. The student is meant to be taking one of them, so hopefully he has planned it or i will be sending them away - not planning for that one last minute.
Anyway, best get on, See you all tomorrow.cha97michelle wrote: »- all charlie's toys - bits found and properly away
