and was wondering if you can still do that?
Eg Money off coupons for branded products used to knock a few quid off your bill in Tesco even though you are not buying that product. Apologies if this is in the wrong place/has been asked before but couldn't find an answer anywhere!
Thanks

Thanks

It depends, I just offer the vouchers and see what they will accept. Act all flustered, hand over the vouchers, and say "I don't know if I bought any of this stuff", they'll swipe the vouchers through the till and most of them will probably get deducted. It's easier to do if you use the self scan counters.Official DFW Nerd Club - Member # 593 - Proud To Be Dealing With My Debts!0

Thanks. I had a look there earlier but it all seemed to be specific vouchers/codes. I'll try digging deeper. The whole thing is starting to do my head in - should probably ring up Tesco and ask!

Hi mothsinmywallet,
These older threads from the Discount Vouchers board might help:
Cash off vouchers
Money off coupons..
Supermarket Discount Vouchers
I'll move your thread across to that board to see if you can get some more replies.

I use the vouchers on the back of the somerfield and asda coupens in Tesco.
