But it's not an off ebay trade

"The seller ended this listing early to sell to the high bidder(s) at current bid price"

    But I'm still confused.

    PayPal protection only £150 though!!

I figured it counted as off ebay because the extra postage figure isn't mentioned on the listing. Do surcharges count as off-ebay?

seller put down extra as postrage,

in the feed back left she has put seller asks for refund even though item sent, and at the same time she open a dispute for non payment, have emailed ebay with all evidence as adviced on live chat.. thanks eveyone

This may be a typo but it sums it up. For your own peace of mind, next time DO NOT accept any postage other than what you accepted when you bid.
Please ensure you include the extortionate postage as fee avoidance when you contact ebay and paypal.

I'm guessing the seller sent an invoice unrelated to the ebay item no... or gave their paypal email address and the figure to pay - hence the fact that a strike has been given. One way or another, it sounds like the payment wasn't linked to the sale.
