help!! item not recieved+ un paid strike given

i bought a phone on ebay for 230.00 on 15.01.08 the seller prommised to post the same day buy she didnt till the 18.01.08 she says (but phone not recieved)
i paid with paypal and i have opened a disputed as seller kept ignoring me everytime i asked for any info to when i would recieve, now she has opened a un paid item dispute even though i have paid (waiting refund)
ebay given me a strike

what do i do? thanks in advance
also just recieved my 1st negative feedback

How can you have been given a strike if you've paid? You surely would have been given the chance to respond to the dispute?

i did respond with all the info asked for.. later i get a email from ebay strike given seller closed dispute.

Sounds like you need to escalate this with eBay. I'm sure someone here will know what to do, but I'd be straight onto their Live Help facility to ask what to do.

Ouch... you paid £100 for a phone from someone with less than 10 feedback?

Their feedback appears to be hitting the fan as they've made it private.
Escalate that dispute as soon as you can. The strike is the least of your worries.
