Get on to Live help, it should not be possible to start a NPB dispute whilst the paypal payment is showing as paid. Did you pay the direct invoice or to another address supplied by the seller, what exactly does your payment say in your paypal account, does it show as paid on your ebay?I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. Sorry to sound confused but the original post said £230.00 but the listing number shows £102.00 Are there 2 phones or am I not awake yet?I'd rather be an Optimist and be proved wrong than a Pessimist and be proved right.0

the sale was for 1 phone addind postage to make it up to 230.00 as the seller couldnt list as a buy it now,
i paid direct to the direct invoice, and payment is compleat and been taken from my account and it shows as paid in my ebay account0 -
Isn't £128.00 a tad pricey for postage?I'd rather be an Optimist and be proved wrong than a Pessimist and be proved right.0

Now I am very confused. You paid £128.00 above the sell price as she could not do Buy It Now? I can't understand why you should want to give her an extra £128.00. This seems most unusual.I'd rather be an Optimist and be proved wrong than a Pessimist and be proved right.0

Did the OP ask for a BIN price and they seller put the extra down as postage?
Would that work to age the figures??0 -
The reason they couldn't use a BIN is because their feedback is so low. I'm a bit shocked that you agreed to pay so much extra on an off-ebay basis. My TV is broken!
Edit: refunded £515 for TV 1.5 years out of warranty - thank you Sale of Goods Act! :j0 -
I'm afraid I can see a NARU coming for the seller.I'd rather be an Optimist and be proved wrong than a Pessimist and be proved right.0

But it's not an off ebay trade
"The seller ended this listing early to sell to the high bidder(s) at current bid price"
But I'm still confused.
PayPal protection only £150 though!!0
