hello im hoping somebody could please give the best advice for this problem firstly i stopped my broadband account with aol 3 years ago but they have continuasy still taken the 15.99 fee from our bank account affter numouras attemps to resolve the problem they have still taken the fee from the account so again this morning…

I seem to remember when I joined AOL some 4 years ago that they would only accept a credit card for payments, I maybe wrong. I have just moved to sky too and was paying AOL by credit card, I can't imagine I would opt for this service out of choice. I have spoken to AOL today to confirm cancellation and have been given a cancellation code number. They have confirmed I will no longer be debited by AOL. Let's wait and see!
