One tip I read a few years back was to co-ordinate your table decorations by laminating xmas or birthday wrapping paper into placemats/coasters/name place cards etc. Fab for kids parties as you can save them and use them next year too."Start every day off with a smile and get it over with" - W. WARNING ... if you are laminating kids artwork only laminate pictures in pencil crayon or felt tipped pen - wax crayon melts and makes a mess of the machine and ruins the picture!!Dogs return to eat their vomit, just as fools repeat their foolishness. There is no more hope for a fool than for someone who says, "i am really clever!"0

I make matching games - words and pictures, picture dominoes and card games. For double sided cards print one page pictures/words and one of pattern and place back to back.
Using a word processing or desk top publishing program you can divide up an A4 sheet into equal sections by making a table and even put a thick border around to make cutting easier.
